i care.

Currently , there's 7 billion people live on this beautiful earth and you decided to not love yourself ? Okay maybe there isnt any like connection but hey im back ! Yes im still alive dont you worry . Some of my peers and strangers do actually hit my dm about what i write here and im really glad that what i write helps some . Most of it just ask about how to heals scars inside , how to unlove someone , and how to be a better version of yourself . Im not the right , best , correct person to actually talk about this but lets give it a go


    Waking up in the morning and feel shit about yourself . You hate yourself . You hate being alive . You hate everything about you . Then just continue your day like others and cry yourself to sleep because you just hate , YOU . And you wanted to change the fact that you are not loving yourself . 

Honestly , i feel sorry that you have to go through phrase like this . Im super sorry hun . Not loving yourself is not okay and it never was . But its not your fault though . Everyone experience that . So did i . You have no idea how much it hurts to wake up in the morning and just sighed . Sigh to the fact that you dont have an amazing body . Sigh to the fact that you have scars . Sigh to the fact that people think that you are pretty but you know that you're not . Sigh to the fact that some people hates you . Sigh to the fact that you hate you . It hurts . 

One day somehow , i decided to just changed . Do not know how and why . I tried some stuff to make me love myself even more . Here are some of them heeeee :

-ALWAYS stand up for yourself . Always . Even small things . I know its hard at first but things wont work unless you try right ? When someone chose something for you and you dont like it , preach it . Say it . you dont like it , why you have to fake it ? 



-DO NOT belittle / downgrading yourself . Never . Like infront of others you dont say stuff like 'Im such a loser' 'I will never succeed' 'I cannot do that because im too weak' . If others downgrading you , refer to the first one . Stand for yourself



-Care for yourself . Even if no one did (which is impossible) you must care for yourself , physically and emotionally . What i mean by this is when you are hurted by someone's in a situation dont just stay there and laugh like nothing happens . If you cannot fight or stand up , leave that situation . You dont just pretend like you're okay when you're not . Leave the person who make you feel down who treat you badly who make you feel shitty . Leave them . Amazing person like you dont deserve toxic people like those. 



-Do whatever that makes you happy . As long as it makes you smile , do it . You like spending your money on stuff that you dont need ? You like talking to yourself ? You like to do things alone ? Do it . As long as that smile appears , and no one else is hurted , go on



-Stop looking at things that you dont have . It makes you feel insecure and not grateful . If you want something , work for it . Dont just be there looking others having it and just complain why on earth you dont own any of it ? That wont work . You can do it . Chaiyok!


These are few things that i practic in my life for the past few months and seems to be working for me hehehe . But still , i do have bad day , i do feel like worthless and i do have depressed thoughts at times . But thats only last for a couple of hours . What ever you are struggling with now , is not gonna last . So try to change . Be the best version of you . And always , try even if you fail , keep on trying . Have a great day everyone !
